Building an I-CARE Culture is a 2-day immersive workshop designed to institutionalize integrity by embedding core values, authenticity, responsibility, and ethics into everyday organisational practices. Grounded in ontological principles, the program helps participants examine the “being” behind behaviour and decisions. Through structured inputs, reflective dialogue, and hands-on case analysis, participants learn to move beyond rule-based ethics to value-driven action, enabling ethical leadership, trustworthy cultures, and sustainable organisational credibility.
